Skinny Women Harder to Pregnant

The ideal body weight is also a prerequisite for getting pregnant. But less known is too lean body weight is much more influential in fertility compared with people who are overweight.
Dr.Richard Sehrbahn, fertility expert from Chicago, USA, said the danger of the weight is too thin for this often overlooked. In fact, in a study done, people lean more difficult to become pregnant compared with those who are obese.Over the past 8 years Sherbahn, who practiced at Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago, has handle 2500 sessions IVF. The women who become patients divided into three groups based on body weight, very thin, normal, and obesity. Women of normal weight group includes women who are grouped in obesity in the UK.
About 50 percent of women in the normal weight group had a baby. Similarly, 45 percent of the obese women, including women who entered in the very obese.
However, in women who are classified as very thin, the pregnancy success rate is only 34 percent. The woman who called too skinny in this group is the body mass index ranges from 14-18.
According Sherbahn, difficulty conceiving naturally skinny women occurs due to decreased estrogen. But the women who participated IVF will be given hormones so this should not be a cause of low success rate of pregnancy.
The women in this study three groups of eggs produced in the same amount, because it is in women who are too thin, the problem occurs in the next process. Chances are difficult embryo attaches to the uterus for women who are too skinny are usually malnourished.
“The failure of fertilization that occurs may be part of an evolutionary process.’s Body as if to say if it is too thin is not enough food available, so this is not the time to reproduce and the condition of the uterus is not at his best,” he said.
He added that most women do not realize that the body is too thin can interfere with fertility. “The young girl seems to think super thin body is ideal. They do not understand the risk behind it,” he added.
He therefore suggested that women who are trying to have children, either naturally or following the course of fertility and IVF, to raise the weight close to ideal weight.

The CIA and the Drug Trade

The CIA and the Drug Trade

by corbettreport on 16 Oct 2011
Just as the British Empire was in part financed by their control of the opium trade through the British East India Company, so too has the CIA been found time after time to be at the heart of the modern international drug trade. From its very inception, the CIA has been embroiled in the murky underworld of drug trafficking.
There are billions of dollars per year to be made in keeping the drug trade going, and it has long been established that Wall Street and the major American banks rely on drug money as a ready source of liquid capital. With those kinds of funds at stake, it is unsurprising to see a media-government-banking nexus develop around the status quo of a never-ending war on drugs — aided, abetted and facilitated by the modern-day British East India Company, the CIA.
This is our EyeOpener Report by James Corbett presenting the history, documented facts, and cases on the CIA’s involvement and operations in the underworld of drug trafficking, from the Corsican Mafia in the 1940s through the 1980s Contras to the recent Zambada Niebla Case today.

What if Cannabis Cured Cancer

“What If Cannabis Cured Cancer”" is a documentary film title. But that”s not just a rhetorical question.
The human body is born with an innate anti-cancer mechanism, a compound that mimics a widely available herb. But the plant?s potential benefits have largely gone unexamined, because it happens to be illegal.
“What If Cannabis Cured Cancer”" will be shown tomorrow at 7 pm at the Occidental Center for the Arts, and Dr. Hergenrather will be there to lead a discussion after the screening. Meanwhile, we”re got more from him and filmmaker Len Richmond about cannabis research on the North Bay Report newsblog, at KRCB.org.

Human faces of Afghanistan

Human faces of Afghanistan

October 7th marks the tenth anniversary of the United States? 2001 entry into Afghanistan. Since then, the War on Terror has endured wild twists and turns in the public opinion. Unlike past conflicts such as the Vietnam War, which was covered in laborious detail by the media, very few images, videos, and pieces of audio are permitted to work their way out.
One subject that the news rarely covers is that of civilian life in Afghanistan. Many North Americans view Afghanis as a distant, indistinct people. However, the forces on the ground in the Middle East deal with them on a daily basis, and often come to form a significant bond with the citizens there. They are fighting to protect Afghanis just as much as their families and loved ones back home.
Cpl. Michael Perry, Sgt. Rafael Soza, and Capt. John Campbell all belong to the 1-8 Marines battalion that is covered by the ambitious Basetrack multimedia project. In interviews with Basetrack journalists, the marines discuss their relationships with Afghanis.
Cpl. Perry describes the process of working past the locals? prejudices and getting to know them on a personal level. Capt. Campbell talks about the plan to drive insurgency out of populated areas in order to help Afghanis establish their governance and security. Sgt. Soza, who is involved with the training of the Afghan Police Force and Afghan National Army, speaks of their experiences in the field and his hopes for Afghanistan?s future.Cast: Ryerson OnlineTags: Afghanistan, war, United States, marines, 1-8, Basetrack, Afghan and Afghani
